Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IntelliBot website, applications, and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else to do so. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security of the Services.
• Scrape, crawl, or use any other automated means to access the Services for any purpose.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IntelliBot. You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you submit to the Services (e.g., your prompts/queries). However, by submitting content, you grant IntelliBot a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. IntelliBot does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
